Led by 1st Generation Filipino-American trombonist and community activist Paolo Dumancas, Groove Mosaic is a radically inclusive collective of local artists and a musical love letter to the Black, Latiné, and AAPI communities of Austin whose warmth and welcome have shaped everything Paolo stands for. Creating at the intersection of multiethnic diasporic traditions, Groove Mosaic weaves together jazz, R&B, fusion, funk, Afro-Latin, Filipino folk music, and beyond.
