Andrew Hairston is a civil rights attorney, a writer, and a proud Black southerner running for Justice of the Peace in Travis County’s Precinct 1. His campaign is grounded in community, fairness, and a belief that the courtroom should be a place of care, not punishment.

This Juneteenth, Andrew and friends are gathering at Batch to kick off the campaign with good people, local music, and a shared vision for a more compassionate court in Travis County. All are welcome!
