This month Featuring Jessica Healy
Invoke's music sounds impeccable without losing its sense of lightness and joy — no small feat.” – NPR Music.
Jessica Healy is the songwriter, bandleader, guitarist, and vocalist of her indie-pop band, which showcased at the 2024 South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival. Drawing from rock, folk, soul, and jazz, she’s been compared to artists such as Madison Cunningham, Fiona Apple, Phoebe Bridgers, and Corinne Bailey Rae.
Jess has been invited to showcase her originals in the SoFar Sounds and Austin Music Love concert series and performs at venues such as Jupiter Supper Club, Mohawk, and The White Horse.
Building on her indie-pop success, Jess has seamlessly extended her artistry into the world of jazz, establishing herself as a dynamic presence across genres. Her straight-ahead jazz ensemble, the Jessica Healey Quintet, performs regularly at Monks Jazz Club and the Elephant Room, and has performed alongside renowned musicians such as Joel Frahm, Gerry Gibbs, Elias Haslinger, Mike Sailors, and Kevin Lovejoy.
She is currently in post-production for her debut EP, set for release in May of 2025.
